十、参赛条件

（一）参赛运动员最小年龄18周岁，最大年龄70周岁(年龄以身份证原件为准，如1969年出生即为50岁)，身体健康者均可组队报名参赛，甲组团体报名人数限6-10名（含领队、教练各1人，运动员可兼领队、教练，运动员不得兼项）；乙组团体报名人数5-10人（含领队、教练各1人，运动员可兼领队、教练，允许一名运动员兼项），可以跨国跨境组队。

（二）运动员报名证件如下：

1.中国大陆参赛运动员年龄以中华人民共和国第二代居民身份证原件为准。

2.香港、澳门地区参赛运动员以港澳居民来往内地通行证原件为准，台湾地区参赛运动员以台湾居民来往大陆通行证原件为准。

3.外籍参赛运动员以护照原件为准。

（三）每名运动员只能代表一支队伍参赛，不得跨组别或跨队伍报名。一经发现取消该队员所报名队伍的比赛资格及成绩。

（四）参赛者须身体健康、自愿参加，报到时需提供身体健康证明、签订责任承诺书。比赛期间发生伤害事故，除大会统一为报名参赛选手购买的保险保障范围外，其它一切责任自负。 

十一、竞赛办法

（一）根据中国羽毛球协会审定的《羽毛球竞赛规则（2017）》，结合实际制定本次比赛竞赛办法。

（二）本次比赛第一阶段采用分组循环，第二阶段采用单淘汰赛制。

（三）参赛队员上场比赛须随身携带有效身份证件原件，即中华人民共和国第二代居民身份证原件、港澳居民来往内地通行证原件、台湾居民来往大陆通行证原件、护照（外籍），以备组委会随时查验。

（四）本次比赛不设种子队，将根据实际报名情况随机抽签分组。

十二、计分办法

（一）比赛采用每场一局，每局31分每球得分制的比赛方法，先到31分一方胜该场。

（二）第一阶段比赛每次团体赛打满3场，胜2场一方为胜方。

（三）如果两队胜次相同，则两队之间的胜者名次列前。

（四）如果三个（含）以上队胜次相同，则依次计算这些队全部比赛的净胜场数、净胜分数，直至在某一计算层级的净胜数分出高低，如仍不能分出高低，则以抽签决定这些队排名。其中不论在净胜场、净胜分哪个计算层级上出现两个队相同的情况，则按两队之间的胜者名次列前。

（五）第二阶段比赛先胜2场的一方为胜方。

十三、弃权和罢赛

（一）弃权：在一场比赛进行中，运动员凡因伤病或其它原因不能继续比赛者按该场比赛弃权论；一场比赛，运动员迟到超5分钟者，判该运动员该场比赛弃权；一支队伍上一次团体比赛结束后，接序的下一次团体比赛队员须在10分钟内到场比赛，否则作弃权处理，如有作假将取消该队伍的所有比赛资格。

（二）罢赛：比赛中运动员应服从裁判，有异议可通过临场裁判员向裁判长反映，对裁判长的裁决仍有异议者，可向组委会仲裁组提出申诉。运动员或代表队不论什么原因造成比赛不能进行或中断比赛，或临赛前拒绝出场，赛后拒绝领奖等，超过5分钟者（经劝解说服教育工作后计算时间）为罢赛。赛场一旦出现罢赛运动员或俱乐部，组委会有权根据具体情况进行处罚。

（一）登录株洲市羽毛球协会公众号系统操作要求网上报名（国内限1000人额满截止、国外500人左右）

（二）即日起至3月1日截止报名；报名名额满1500人报名系统将提前关闭报名通道；组委会将在中国羽毛球协会公众号和株洲市羽毛球协会公众号公布全部报名队伍名单，对于报名数据及组别资格有异议者，可于2月27-3月1日三天向组委会提出申诉及核对与变更名单，此日期过后视为对公布资料无异议，组委会不再接受有关资格的投诉，不接受任何名单变动。

（三）国内参赛队每队交参赛费500元（含保险费），各参赛队请于3月1日前将报名费汇至以下账户或微信（微信号13873333168），只有汇款到账队伍方为报名成功，未汇款的队伍视为报名无效，汇款后请电话或者微信确认队名。

（四）境外参赛队提交报名表后必须说明参赛费交纳方式。

X. Eligibility 

(1) The youngest age of athletes is 18 years old and the oldest age is 70 years old (age is based on ID card, if born in 1969 is 50 years old). All healthy people can join the team. The number of registered athletes in group A is limited to 6-8 (including one leader and one coach. Athletes can be team leader and coach, and one athlete can only  compete in one match). The number of registered athletes in group B is 5-7 (including one leader and one coach.Athletes can be team leader and coach.Only one athlete can compete in more than one match).

1. The age of contestants in mainland China shall be based on the original identity card of the second generation of residents of the People's Republic of China.

2. The original passport shall prevail for athletes from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.

3. The original passport shall prevail for foreign competitors.

(2) Each athlete can only participate on behalf of one team, not cross-group or cross-team registration, and can form cross-border groups.Upon discovery, the qualifications and results of the team that the player enrolled in will be canceled.

(3) Participants must be in good health and voluntarily participate in the competition. They must provide a physical health certificate and sign a commitment to responsibility when they register.In case of injury accident during the competition, all other responsibilities shall be borne by the participants except the insurance coverage purchased by the General Assembly for the participants.

XI. Competition methods

1. According to the Badminton Competition Rules (2017) approved by China Badminton Association, this competition method is formulated in accordance with the actual situation.

2. In the first stage of the competition, the grouping cycle is adopted, and in the second stage, the single elimination system is adopted.

3. Participants must carry with the original valid identity card, the second generation resident identity card of the People's Republic of China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan passport (foreign) for inspection by the Organizing Committee at any time.

4. No seed teams will be set up in this competition, and random lots will be drawn according to the actual situation of registration.

XII. Scoring Method

1. The game adopts a 31-point-per-ball scoring system for each game, with one side winning the game from 31 points first.

2. In the first stage, three matches are played, and the winner is the winner who wins two matches.

3. If two teams win the same game, the winners of the competition between the two teams rank first.

4. If there are three or more teams with the same winning times, the team with more net wins ranks first, and the team with more net wins ranks first if the net wins are the same.If the net score is the same, the place will be decided by drawing lots.

5. In the second stage, the winner is the one who wins two games first.

XIII. Abstaining and Striking

1. Abstaining:In the course of a match, players who can not continue the match due to injury or other reasons are discarded according to the theory of abstention in the game.A player who is more than 5 minutes late for a match shall be judged to abstain from the game.After the last team competition, a team must be in the game within 10 minutes, otherwise it will be waived. If there is any fraud, all the qualifications of the team will be canceled.

2. Strike:Athletes in competitions should obey the referee. If there is any objection, the referee can reflect it to the referee on the spot. If there are still objections to the referee's decision, the referee can appeal to the arbitration group of the organizing committee.Athletes or teams who refuse to play or receive awards before or after the competition, regardless of the reasons, will be stricken for more than five minutes (after persuasion and education).In the event of a striking athlete or club, the organizing committee shall have the right to punish the striking athlete or club according to the specific circumstances.

From now on, the registration system will automatically shut down when the registration channel over 1500 people.The registration deadline is February 25.The Organizing Committee announces the list of all the teams on the website of the Superfeather League. For those who have objections to the registration data and group qualifications, the Organizing Committee will lodge a complaint and check and change the list to the Organizing Committee on February 23-25. After that date, the Organizing Committee will not accept any complaints about the qualifications and will not accept any changes in the list.

3. Each team in China pays 500 yuan (including insurance premium) for the entry fee. Each team should remit the registration fee to the following account or micro-message (micro-signal 13873333168) before March 1. Only the remittance team acknowledges its registration qualification and announces it. The team without remittance is considered invalid. After remittance, please confirm the team name by telephone or micro-letter.

4. After submitting the registration form, the overseas teams must specify the mode of payment of the entry fee.
